Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met along with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in Ankara on Wednesday and can get along with U.S. navy leaders in Kyiv on Thursday amid studies that Washington is quietly working with Russia to iron out a peace deal.
