MINISTER of Works, David Umahi, has donated a speedboat to the Marine and Infrastructure Safety Unit of the Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) to guard the Third Mainland Bridge and different federal bridges within the state.
