U.N. condemns navy takeover in Madagascar as coup chief to be rapidly sworn in as president

The United Nations chief on Thursday condemned the navy takeover in Madagascar as a military colonel who led the coup was set to be rapidly sworn in as president simply three days after asserting troopers had taken cost.
