China’s coast guard accused a Philippine ship of intentionally ramming one among its vessels on Tuesday close to Scarborough Shoal, a disputed territory that each nations declare within the South China Sea. The Philippines denied it, saying China’s forces used highly effective water cannons that broken its ship and injured a crew member.
