Rivers State chapter of the African Democracy Congress, ADC, has vowed to make sure that the Emohua Native Authorities employees who have been not too long ago sacked by the council chairman, Hon. Chidi Lloyd get justice.
DAILY POST recollects that the management of the Nigeria Union of Native Authorities Workers, NULGE, Rivers State chapter, had on Monday, directed its members throughout the 23 native authorities areas to proceed on a seven-day warning strike over the transfer by the chairman.
They alleged that Lloyd sacked over 300 employees within the council after returning for a second time period as LG chairman.
Based on stories, the Chairman had throughout his first tenure, dismissed the employees, describing them as ghost employees.
They have been, nonetheless, reinstated by the state governor, Siminalayi Fubara, in the course of the political disaster that rocked the state.

The chairman acknowledged Governor Fubara’s swift intervention, warning that any additional abuse of energy can be met with fierce resistance.
