Putin says Russia will follow nuclear arms limits for another 12 months after treaty with U.S. expires

Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned Monday that Moscow will adhere to nuclear arms limits for another 12 months underneath the final remaining nuclear pact with the USA that expires in February, and he urged Washington to observe swimsuit.
