The President of the MAAUN Group of Universities, Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Alhaji Mouftah Baba-Ahmed, describing his demise as a profound loss not solely to his household however to the nation at giant.

In a press release issued on Tuesday, Professor Gwarzo prolonged his heartfelt condolences to the founding father of Baze College, Senator Datti Baba-Ahmed, and all the Baba-Ahmed household.

“The late Alhaji Mouftah Baba-Ahmed was a real patriot and a distinguished public servant who devoted his life to the service of Nigeria. He was a person of outstanding character, with a uncommon mix of Islamic and Western data that he used to positively affect these round him. His legacy of mentorship and nationwide service speaks volumes of his integrity and dedication to nation-building.”

“His outstanding contributions to establishments such because the Nationwide Electrical Energy Authority (NEPA), NAL Financial institution, and the African Funding Company are a testomony to his professionalism, management, and enduring legacy in each the private and non-private sectors.”

“On behalf of the MAAUN Group of Universities, I prolong my deepest condolences to Senator Datti Baba-Ahmed, all the Baba-Ahmed household, and certainly all Nigerians mourning this irreplaceable loss. Could the Almighty Allah grant the deceased everlasting relaxation and provides the household the energy to bear this nice loss.”

Professor Gwarzo concluded by praying for divine consolation and peace for all these affected by Alhaji Mouftah’s passing.
