A gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP, in Oyo State, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has sought the help of the members of the state Home of Meeting to succeed the present governor, Seyi Makinde in 2027.
Oguntoyinbo made this request when he visited members of the Meeting on Thursday in Ibadan.
The assembly was attended by the Deputy Speaker of the Home, Muhammad Abiodun Fadeyi, Chief Whip of the Home, Oyekola Gbenga Oyekola and different members of the state Meeting.
Others are Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP, Chairman in Egbeda Native Authorities, Alawe Olawale, Egbeda Ward 8 Chief, Alhaji Lukman Akinpelu, and the Councillor representing Ward 8, Hon. Teslim Raji

Oguntoyinbo who was the gubernatorial candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Social gathering (NNPP) in Ogun State in 2023, now needs the help of the members of the Oyo State Home of Meeting to succeed Makinde.
He maintained that that is obligatory as a result of Oyo State is his origin.
Oguntoyinbo described his ambition as a divine task and a response to constant calls from political elders and ancestral communities throughout the state.
He mentioned that political stalwarts and his members of the family in Oyo State have been urging him to carry his humanitarian providers to Oyo State the place his father hailed from as he has been doing in Ogun State the place his mom hailed from.
