The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has introduced plans to begin aggressive towing of vehicles parked indiscriminately alongside Apapa Port entry roads as a part of renewed efforts to revive visitors order and ease persistent gridlock across the nation’s busiest maritime hall.
