Head of loans and pathways at Manchester United, Jonny Evans, has named two teammates who stood out as a stage above the remainder.
Evans had two spells at Manchester United from 2006-2015 (first spell) and 2023 (second spell).
The Northern Irishman performed 198 matches throughout all competitions for Man United as he received three Premier League titles, one UEFA Champions League and two League Cups throughout his first spell at Previous Trafford.
The centre-back made 43 appearances in all competitions in his second spell as he received the FA Cup in 2024.
“I all the time thought Scholes and Giggs have been on one other stage to the remainder of the crew,” Evans advised Sky Sports activities.
“Though we had world-class gamers, I felt like their IQ was just a bit bit greater than everybody else’s.”
