“Whereas it’s true that Mr Abure filed a swimsuit in opposition to INEC in Swimsuit No: CV/1914/2025, earlier than Hon. Justice Kayode Agunloye of Courtroom 40, FCT Excessive Courtroom, Gwagwalada, our formal request for a Licensed True Copy (CTC) of any order purportedly recognising him as Chairman was met with a categorical affirmation from the court docket that no such order was ever granted.”
The celebration challenged Mrs. Could Agbamuche-Mbu to supply “the so-called court docket order” that she relied upon to accord recognition to Julius Abure.
He stated, “The reality is that INEC’s performing management has wilfully relied on a fabricated and non-existent order to justify an unlawful and politically motivated act.
“Though it will have nonetheless been null and void even when such an order existed, particularly within the face of the Supreme Courtroom’s unambiguous judgement of 4th April 2025, which conclusively upheld Senator Nenadi Usman’s management of the Labour Get together.”
Whereas urging its members nationwide to arrange for a peaceable demonstration, the celebration urged the incoming INEC Chairman to handle what it known as “this injustice” and purge the system of individuals who connive with politicians to subvert justice.
