Rigidity has gripped Jesse group in Ethiope West Native Authorities Space of Delta State following the kidnapping of Mr. Francis Amakare, an in-law to Prince Joseph Orhomonokpaye, Senior Particular Assistant on Neighborhood Newspapers to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
