Former England striker, Wayne Rooney, has insisted he doesn’t hate Al Nassr ahead, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Talking on Rio Ferdinand’s podcast, he insisted that Lionel Messi is a greater footballer.
Rooney and Ronaldo had been at United collectively between 2004 and 2009, successful three Premier League titles and a Champions League.
“I completely love Messi, love watching him play and that was the one purpose as a result of I believe Messi had slightly bit extra when it comes to how he performed and taking gamers on and no matter,” Rooney mentioned.
“Ronaldo’s a killer and folks assume as a result of I’ve mentioned Messi is healthier than Ronaldo, I don’t like him or converse down on him.”
Rooney performed within the United group that misplaced two Champions League finals towards Messi’s Barcelona in 2009 and 2011.
