Political analyst, Dr. Dayo Kayode has warned that current political commitments and rival ambitions may complicate efforts to realign Nigeria’s opposition events forward of future elections.

Talking throughout an interview on Voice of the Individuals TV, Kayode mentioned a number of key figures within the opposition have already got ties and guarantees which will make it tough for them to work collectively.

“Don’t neglect that Peter Obi has been one of many pillars of the coalition of opposition events that moved into ADC,” he mentioned, pointing to the previous Labour Celebration presidential candidate’s earlier involvement in opposition alliances.
