EU praises Ukraine's reforms and warns Serbia and Georgia in progress studies

The European Union on Tuesday praised Ukraine’s progress on reform to hitch the bloc regardless of considerations over its efforts to sort out corruption, and issued powerful warnings to candidates Serbia and Georgia about democratic backsliding.
