Liverpool supervisor, Arne Slot, has stated he dropped Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz for Saturday’s conflict in opposition to Everton to assist handle a busy fixture schedule.
Isak and Wirtz began the sport at Anfield from the bench.
Slot has gone with the duo of Hugo Ekitike and Dominik Szobozslai for the Merseyside Derby.
Isak, a £125 million signing from Newcastle, made his debut in midweek, whereas Wirtz has featured in each sport to this point within the marketing campaign.
Talking forward of the sport, Slot admitted that the busy week performed a component in his considering.
