The Confederation of African Soccer, CAF, has appointed Ivorian referee Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro to officiate the Champions League second preliminary spherical, second leg match between Rivers United FC and Black Bulls of Mozambique.
The match is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, on the Godswill Akpabio Worldwide Stadium in Uyo. Kickoff is at 4 p.m. Nigerian time.
Biro can be assisted by fellow Ivorian officers Prosper Adiouman and Eba Médard Wenceslas Ettien as assistant referees, whereas Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei will function the fourth official.
Munkaila Nassam Adam from Ghana will function the match commissioner.
Rivers United will host Black Bulls on the Godswill Akpabio Worldwide Stadium, Uyo, on Saturday.
The Pleasure of Rivers suffered a 1-0 defeat within the first-leg tie in Mozambique final week.
