“This can be a convicted felon who’s threatening to jail me. This man is unhinged. He’s insecure. He’s a wannabe dictator,” he mentioned.

The disagreement marks the most recent escalation in a row between Mr Trump and Chicago officers, who filed a lawsuit on Monday in a failed try to dam federal troops from being deployed on town’s streets.
