Some chieftains of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State have declared that the occasion is doing all issues humanly doable to take over the mantle of management from the ruling Peoples Democratic Get together, PDP, within the state in 2027.
The APC chieftains made this declaration on Saturday whereas addressing journalists on the launch of a e book authored by a New Company of Nigeria, NAN, reporter, Akeem Abas, titled ‘A Life Of Precept: The Olayide Moshood Abas Story, in honour of his father, Pharmacist Olayide Abas, who doubles because the Chairman of APC within the state.
The e book launch which commemorated the APC chairman’s 76th birthday, was attended by distinguished chieftains of the occasion within the state, together with Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli (Oyo South), the member of the Home of Representatives representing Ido/Ibarapa East, Aderemi Oseni, APC senatorial aspirant in Oyo Central, Mr Wasiu Ademola Alli and APC gubernatorial aspirant, Barrister Akeem Agbaje.

The APC chieftains, who spoke on the occasion, stated the occasion has resolved to take over the state in 2027.
Alli stated there is no such thing as a downside within the political occasion.
He stated, “There is no such thing as a downside in Oyo State APC. By the particular grace of God, APC is coming to take over Oyo State in 2027. The President has stated it yesterday.”
