The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has recorded a complete of 553,751 registered members throughout the 23 LGAs of Benue State, barely three months after its official unveiling within the state.
The disclosure was made on Monday, October 27, throughout a gathering of the ADC Benue State Govt Committee and 23 LG committee chairmen, held on the social gathering’s state secretariat in Makurdi.
The assembly reviewed the continuing membership registration and the social gathering’s growing acceptance throughout the state.
Addressing the session, the State Committee Chairman, Excessive Chief Terngu Tsegba, lauded members of the state, native authorities and ward committees for his or her efforts in sensitizing and mobilizing residents in each city and rural areas, which he stated has led to the social gathering’s “overwhelming acceptability and membership massive registration”.
Tsegba urged native committees to stay targeted and inclusive, saying, “The ADC is a celebration for all Nigerians constructed on equality, equity and transparency in all its processes.”
These current on the assembly included the State Secretary, Samson Okwu; Publicity Secretary, Stevie Ayua;bProf. Cletus Tyoikyaa; Abeije Egwa; Elizabeth Allagh; Ato Agber and the 23 native authorities committee chairmen.
