Kaduna — The Kaduna State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has expelled its Deputy Chairman, Ahmed Tijani Mustapha, and eight different officers over alleged gross misconduct.
Their expulsion adopted resolutions reached at a gathering of the State Government Committee (SEC) held in Kaduna on Tuesday.
Based on the SEC, the affected members — together with the State Publicity Secretary, Engr. Idris Musa — have been accused of insubordination, convening unauthorized conferences, falsifying paperwork, and extorting social gathering members, actions the social gathering mentioned have been able to tarnishing its picture.
Others expelled are: Sulaiman Abdullahi, State Vice Chairman (Zone 1), Gambo Sani, State Treasurer, Magaji Maiwada, State Monetary Secretary, Danlami Dabai Musa, State Authorized Adviser, Saura Muhammed,, State Coordinator of Individuals With Disabilities (PWD), Ibrahim Muhammed, Deputy Youth Chief and Mansur Gaga.
Addressing journalists after the assembly, the State Chairman, Elder Patrick D. Ambut, mentioned the choice was taken to guard the integrity of the ADC and guarantee strict adherence to its structure.
He accused the Deputy Chairman of abusing his workplace and interesting in impersonation — acts he mentioned have been able to inflicting disunity throughout the social gathering in Kaduna State and throughout the North-West zone.
