Alphonsus Eba, who was impeached Thursday morning as chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in Cross River State by the 18 chapters Chairmen and state working committee, has reacted saying it’s a joke taken too far.
He stated such an ‘unlawful’ act can’t stand however that God will communicate for him quickly.
“My purported impeachment is a joke taken too far. God will communicate on the acceptable time. I received’t say greater than this for now.”
30 of the 32 members of SEC voted to question Eba because the Chairman of the APC within the state, following alleged misappropriation of funds, high-handedness, and non-payment of stipends to social gathering officers throughout chapters and wards.
Chapter chairmen, secretaries, and vice chairmen of the social gathering had earlier handed vote if no confidence in opposition to Eba, who nicknames himself as Political Evangelist.
