Former Senator representing Adamawa North, Ishaku Abbo, has urged political leaders and public workplace holders to prioritise mentoring and empowering younger folks, stressing that management is a steady cycle that may ultimately contain the following era of present leaders.
In a press release shared over the weekend, Abbo famous that the aides, girls and boys working intently with political figures right this moment will ultimately rise to occupy influential positions sooner or later.
He cautioned that political elites should deliberately create alternatives for younger folks, as their kids might at some point depend on those self same people.
“These small girls and boys following us right this moment can be adopted by our kids tomorrow. Join them to the highest. Their high quality is identical high quality they’ll put into your kids tomorrow,” Abbo mentioned.
