Nottingham Forest have sacked Ange Postecoglou barely minutes after their 3-0 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday.
An announcement from the Premier league membership, launched 20 minutes after full-time on the Metropolis Floor, reads: “Nottingham Forest Soccer Membership can verify that after a sequence of disappointing outcomes and performances, Ange Postecoglou has been relieved of his duties as head coach with rapid impact.
“The membership will make no additional remark presently.”
Postecoglou was in cost for eight video games and 6 of these led to defeat.
