The Nationwide Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP, Debo Ologunagba, has warned President Bola Tinubu towards what he described as defection buying.
Talking throughout an interview on Channels Tv on Wednesday, Ologunagba cautioned that such a political transfer is not going to safe the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, victory within the 2027 common elections.
He made this assertion in response to the defection of Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah from the PDP to the APC.
In accordance with him, the ruling occasion’s fixation on luring opposition figures was a distraction from its poor efficiency and failure to handle Nigeria’s financial and governance challenges.
