Bashir Ahmad, ex-media aide to former president, Muhammadu Buhari, has revealed the subsequent two governors that may decamp to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Ahmad acknowledged this in a put up on X on Tuesday night time.
In accordance with him, the governor of Taraba state, Agbu Kefas and one other of his counterpart from the North West, will be a part of the ruling celebration “in a matter of days”.
Ahmad wrote: “In only a matter of days, the Governor of Taraba State and one other Governor from the North West will formally be a part of our nice celebration, the All Progressives Congress (APC).”
As at June 2025, no less than two incumbent governors had decamped to the APC.
They embody Pastor Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom State) and Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta State).
The governor of Enugu, Peter Mbah, is closely rumoured to be the subsequent to leap ship.
