The Deputy Nationwide Youth Chief of the Peoples Democratic Get together, PDP, Timothy Osadolor, has requested President Bola Tinubu to apologise for suspending Governor Siminilayi Fubara.
He accused Tinubu of exceeding his constitutional powers by declaring emergency rule in Rivers State.
Osadolor mentioned this on Wednesday in Abuja whereas reacting to the President’s determination.
Based on him, the President’s motion undermined the separation of powers and set a harmful precedent for Nigeria’s democracy.
“Sure, I feel the President is overreaching after I learn the final paragraph of his speech, the place he spoke to governors as if he have been a headmaster in a classroom.
