First Woman lauds NDPHC boss over management of agency

The First Woman of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Oluremi Tinubu, has counseled the Managing Director/Chief Govt Officer of the Niger Delta Energy Holding Firm (NDPHC), Jennifer Adighije, for her excellent management and unwavering dedication to responsibility.
