A key member of the opposition coalition African Democratic Congress, ADC, Atiku Abubakar, has given a situation to step apart for a youthful presidential candidate in 2027.
Atiku expressed willingness to desert his presidential ambition for a youthful, vibrant and acceptable candidate beneath the ADC.
The previous Vice President disclosed this in an interview with BBC Hausa Service on Wednesday.
Atiku famous that his curiosity within the 2027 race will not be about private ambition, however about offering a reputable different to rescue Nigerians.
The previous VP charged youthful Nigerians to actively take part in politics, stressing that he would totally again them if picked to contest for the presidency.
Atiku denied claims that he was determined for the seat of the president declaring that he was solely focused on rescuing Nigeria from the people who have held it hostage.
“My being within the 2027 race doesn’t stop anybody from contesting. If a vibrant and broadly accepted youthful candidate emerges, I’m keen to step apart,” Atiku stated.
