Former Nationwide Authorized Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, Mark Jacobs, says the continuing wave of defections by the social gathering’s governors and lawmakers to the All Progressives Congress, APC, was pushed by elite pursuits, not grassroots assist.
