The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Lagos State has dismissed Prof. Udenta Udenta’s prediction of the celebration collapsing earlier than 2027 normal elections.
In a press release on Wednesday, the state celebration’s Spokesman, Mr Seye Oladejo, described Udenta’s prophecies as `theatrics, low-cost and empty speak.’
DAILY POST recollects that Udenta, who’s the founding Nationwide Secretary of the Alliance for Democracy, in a TV interview on Tuesday declared that APC will collapse earlier than 2027.
Responding, Oladejo mentioned as a substitute of collapse, the APC was growing in leaps and bounds and getting stronger every day.
“Allow us to be beneficiant with a lesson in political actuality: predicting the autumn of a celebration from a studio chair doesn’t make the forecast true.
“Prof. Udenta’s interview was loud on rhetoric and quick on proof – a predictable sample when critics mistake wishful considering for evaluation.
“We invite him to step out of the printed sales space and tour our constructions, the place hundreds of thousands of Nigerians are organising, volunteering and registering their dedication to progressive governance,” he mentioned.
