Piwuna lamented that regardless of the resolutions of the Nationwide Govt Council, NEC, assembly held on September 28 on the College of Abuja being promptly communicated to related authorities, there had been “no significant growth deserving of any consideration.
“The resolutions have been instantly communicated to the Minister of Labour, the Minister of Training, and the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC.
